This Bio Oil is a miracle worker for stretch marks. After having my first baby, I am permanently shredded with stretch marks all over my abdomen, back, upper thighs, and glutes. But this stuff has lightened them so much, and it smells so good! The earlier you start using this in pregnancy, the better. Don't wait (like I did😭)!
You know that feeling when you wake up in the morning and your lips are so cracked they feel like they're bleeding? Living in a dry climate wreaked havoc on my lips. But not anymore! This lip balm is expensive ($26) but for good reason! It gives a little tingle sensation from the peppermint, smells fresh, it doesn't feel greasy, and my husband actually likes kissing with it😉
If your nails feel brittle and your cuticles are dry, you NEED THIS for moisture! I put this on several times per week during the winter, especially after removing nail polish.
When I tell you this is the best $3 I've ever spent, I'm not exaggerating. I used to get hangnails all the time and it drove me CRAZY. This little gel remover works as an exfoliant and goes on your cuticles for like 15 seconds and then you can just scrape up the thin remnants of cuticle with a cuticle pusher. I also have found that this softens my hard cuticles on the sides of my fingernail, making my fingers feel fresh and the nail plate can grow out easier.
Speaking of exfoliants, if you can only buy one of these products, BUY THIS ONE. This is the holy grail of my skincare routine. Sometimes my own skin cells clog the skin underneath because it gets so dry and cakey. I would start by doing this exfoliant a few times a week on the face and neck and work up to every other day or even everyday at night.
My skincare routine looks like this: CLEANSER - TONER - **EXFOLIANT** - RETINOL - MOISTURIZER
Retinol is not recommended during pregnancy, but you can still exfoliate!
Say hello to baby soft new skin!!
If you feel like you have layers of dead dry skin all over your body and you're still rubbing it off when you get out of the shower, this one's for you! You just put your hand in this little glove after soaking in the shower for a few minutes and move in circular motions to slough off all that dead skin. It feels a little scratchy, but that means it's actually working! I have found this helps improve circulation to my skin, especially to heal the stretch marks on my hips!
Hope this helps!
xoxo,
Sierra
